All the rollers of our company are professionally produced, and the processing methods of its main parts are as follows: Shaft: The light drawing cold drawing round steel with high precision and light weight is used at both ends to draw grooving machine and special milling machine.
Pipe body: The welding pipe of the roller is used to load and unload the material in the pipe cutting machine. In order to ensure the performance of the roller, the two end ends of the tube body of our company are completed on the special machine of the double side boring of the roller, so that the flexibility of the roller and the diameter jump are effectively controlled.
Stamping bearing seat: imported high-quality cold rolled steel plate, through blanking, drawing, shaping, punching, cutting edge.
Welding: PC controlled gas shielded welding.
Before welding, in order to prevent the lubricants in the production process of stamping bearing housing into the welding process, affecting the quality of welding and assembly, stamping;
Bearings must be cleaned and oiled in degreasing agent and dried before welding and assembly.
During welding, the end of the tube body is positioned with a positioning mandrel at both ends. In the whole process, the current parameters and selection, the size of the protective gas flow, and the welding speed of the roller are all controlled by the PC and automatically completed.
Assembly: The assembly of the idler is completed on the idler press loader. They are respectively installed inner seal, bearing, labyrinth seal, sealing disc, inner and outer retaining ring, circlip.
Idler inspection: After manual inspection of all idlers, each batch of idlers must be sampled by the idler test laboratory according to the six inspection requirements of idlers specified in the "Technical Conditions of Belt Conveyor".
